Visit of the town : Nestled in the bottom of a splendid gulf, the ancient Roman city is a seaside station very appreciated for its authenticity and its many activities. Its citadel dating the XVth century, jewel of military architecture, gives from the top of its ramparts, an unimpeded view over the gulf. Located in the site of the ancient city, the Cathedral Santa Maria Assunta, edifice of the XIIth century, raises its majestic columns sheltering in its bosom the mysterious relic of Saint Flor but also a splendid Black Christ, classified in 1909.
